Nick is different to other engineers I work with. I find other engineers don’t design every detail or they provide a skeleton solution. This leads to over-designing the structure, which costs the client more. And it also delays the builder because they need to interpret codes to fix up the design.
Nick is very professional with his documentation. He designs and details every element individually, which leads to a more cost-effective solution for the client.
I also appreciate that he is flexible. If something needs to be updated because of an onsite issue, he will do this to provide a better construction solution.
